SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some of our products are handmade to order and they may take one week to prepare. We normally have our full range in stock to be shipped out sooner, but some butterflies may still need to be prepared for your particular piece.

Everything is well-wrapped and boxed up before shipping out once your order is ready. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing a tracking number. See below for the different shipping options.

If you’re looking for a present for a specific celebration please order well in advance. If products need to be shipped out sooner then please reach out through info@ucstudio.co.uk and we will let you know which products are ready to be shipped out the next day.

 

UK Delivery : FREE

Royal Mail - Guaranteed delivery by 1pm or 1st class delivery - between 1-2 working days.

For our large antique domes we will use a specialty courier service. We aim to have your dome delivered within the week and will keep you updated on the progress. 

 

Europe Delivery:

Royal Mail - Tracked & Signed Delivery - 5-7 working days - £15

DHL Express - 2-4 working days - £20

For our large antique domes we request our customers to select a 3rd option "ANTIQUE DOMES EUROPE - (DHL Express - XL BOX)" - 2-4 working days - £40 

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays arising through customs.

 

Worldwide Delivery: 

Royal Mail  - Tracked & Signed Delivery - between 7-14 working days - £20

DHL Express - 2-4 working days - £30

For our large antique domes we request our customers to select a 3rd option "ANTIQUE DOMES WORLDWIDE - (DHL Express - XL BOX)" - 2-4 working days - £50 

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays arising through customs. Please ensure you can legally import specimens to your country - we are not legally responsible if they are being held at customs.

  

DAMAGES

Everything is well-wrapped and ready for the worst the post can throw at them. Still, the species are very delicate and in rare cases our products might get damaged in the post.

Don’t worry if this happened to your order, just get in touch through info@ucstudio.co.uk and describe the problem with detailed pictures. We always ship fully insured so we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent out or we will reimburse your order.
